PRIVACY POLICY

I. Overview:

 

In order to build YumeLive into a healthy and harmonious live broadcast community and provide a green viewing platform for the majority of YumeLive users, these regulations are formulated.

 

YumeLive anchor (regardless of contract or not)

 

And users must abide by the following regulations, otherwise the company will take necessary management measures according to the severity of the circumstances; if the circumstances are serious, the company will permanently suspend the account, and at the same time immediately report to the police to hold relevant personnel responsible for violations!

I.1 What Information Do We Collect:

We obtain information about you through the means discussed below when we provide the Yume Services. Please note that we need certain types of information so that we can provide the Yume Services to you.

User-provided Information 

You consent to provide some or all of the following Personal Information when you create an account on the App or use Yume Services, such as uploading contents on the App or contact us for technical support:

•  Registration information, such as your phone number (or email, if applicable), password, user identifier and language;

•  Profile information, such as your alias, profile images, gender, self-introduction, social media information;

•  User-generated contents (“UGC”), such as comments, texts, messages, pictures, images, videos, sounds, code or other data or materials that you upload, distribute or stream on the App when you use Yume Services;

•  Facial data, such as when you use some features provided by us to create special effects or emojis for your streaming section or pictures that you uploaded on Yume Services, but such data will only be processed offline to fulfill the special effects or emojis and we will not use it for other purposes unless we have obtained your explicit consent or turn this into de-identified data; further, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising, nor will we share such data with any third party. In addition, if you utilize Real-Person Profile Picture Authentication, we collect your profile picture and facial-recognition video for Real-Person Profile Picture Authentication on the premise of your approval by comparing your profile picture with face-recognition video. This authentication can protect you from impersonators and fake accounts, or develop the authenticity of Yume Services. We do not retain your face recognition video in our servers, such video is merely for verifying.

•  Payment information, such as full name, billing address, billing zip code, billing country, date of birth, purchase amount, payment method, credit or debit card number or other payment information where required for payment;

•  Transaction information such as the transaction serial number and transaction historical records after you purchased Paid Services;

•  Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, after you permit us to do so but you may change the access to your GPS information via the settings on your mobile device;

•  Your opt-in choices and correspondence with us, such as information used to verify with your account or to resolve your feedback or complaints; and

•  Information you provide when participating in in-app surveys and activities.

•  Information you provide from social media when you create a Yume account by connecting with a third-party social media, such as Facebook, Google, or if you link a Yume account with a third-party social media account;

 

Collected Information for Legitimate Interests 

We may collect some or all of the following Personal Information about you when you use Yume Services for legitimate interests:

•  Network activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, the videos or pages you visited, the date and time of your visits, other users' accounts that you subscribed to, and information regarding your interaction with other users;

•  Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, brand, model and serial number of your mobile device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language setting, IMEI number, IMSI number, and media access control address;

•  Information regarding your access to and use of other apps;

•  Other location information, such as the information based on your SIM card;

•  Mobile advertising identifiers, which are used by mobile operating systems and made available to advertising providers to gather metrics on mobile apps (Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) to help us and advertisers provide ads that may be more relevant to your interests;

•  Metadata, associating with the UGC you provided us, which describes other data and provides information about how, when, and by whom the piece of UGC was collected and how that UGC was formatted, such as hashtags used to label the keywords to the video and captions; and

•  Cookies, small pieces of data to enable us to provide certain features, which are collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the web pages you click on and how you use Yume Services, enhance your experience using Yume Services.

 

We may also collect, use and share your information to produce and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal Information as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, to generate statistics about our users, to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature, or to calculate ad impressions served or clicked on.

 

Storage and access to cookies that are set in connection with the Yume Services are governed by the Yume Live Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”).

 

How We Use Your Information

 

We will only use your Personal Information when the applicable laws allow us to. In general, we use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

 

• Provision of services: to present Yume Services and its contents to you, including any interactive features on Yume Services, and to provide you with information, products or services that you allow us to; we also collect and use Personal Information to verify your eligibility and deliver prizes in connection with promotion activities and sweepstakes;

• Improvement of services: to improve and personalize our services by presenting new services, information, recommendations, and feedback;

• Customer management: to manage a registered user’s account, to provide customer support and notices to the registered user about his account or subscription, and notices about changes to Yume Services or any other product or service we offer or provide through it;

• Communication: to communicate and interact with you directly, for an example, we may send notifications regarding upcoming changes, promotion activities or improvements on Yume Services;

• Content review: to review pictures, images and contents posted or generated on Yume Services to ensure that we comply with any applicable content regulations in any relevant jurisdiction;

• Customization of content: to perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in contents, products, advertising, or services available on Yume Services in order to develop and display content tailored to your interests on our Website and App;

• Performance Analysis: to determine whether users of Yume Services are unique, or whether the same user is using Yume Services on multiple occasions, and to monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, number of videos viewed, demographic patterns;

• Functionality and security: to identify users not meeting the age limit, to diagnose or fix technology problems, and to detect, prevent, and respond to actual or potential fraud, illegal activities, or intellectual property infringement;

• Compliance: to enforce our terms of use and to comply with our legal obligations;

• Aggregation: to aggregate information we collect about you to which one or more purposes described above.

• Cookie: We and our vendors and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information, measure and analyze which web pages you click on and how you use the Platform, enhance your experience using the Platform and improve our services. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable the Platform to provide certain features and functionality. Web beacons are very small images or small pieces of data embedded in images, also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs,” that can recognize Cookies, the time and date a page is viewed, a description of the page where the pixel tag is placed, and similar information from your computer or device. By using the Platform, you consent to our use of Cookies.

Additionally, We link your contact or subscriber information with your activity on our Platform across all your devices, using your email or other log-in or device information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

You may be able to refuse or disable Cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Because each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable certain types of Cookies. In addition, your opt-out selection is specific to the particular browser or device that you are using when you opt out, so you may need to opt-out separately for each of browser or device. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete Cookies, some of the functionality of the Platform may no longer be available to you.

 

Note that we may process your Personal Information for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we use your Personal Information.

 

How We Share Your Information

 

•  Please note that if your profile is public, your content will be visible to anyone on the Platform and may also be accessed or shared by your friends and followers as well as third parties such as search engines, content aggregators and news sites. You can change who can see a video or a picture each time you upload a video

•  We may also share your information with other members, subsidiaries, or affiliates of our corporate group, to improve, optimize the Platform and to prevent illegal use.

•  We may share your Personal Information outside of Yume Services when we have your consent, either express or implied.

•  We may disclose your Personal Information to members of our corporate group (that is, entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with us) to the extent this is necessary for services, customer management, customization of content, advertising, analytics, verifications, functionality and security, and compliance.

•  We may disclose your Personal Information to our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, customization of content, analytics, security, map navigation, data storage and cloud services, supporting our functionality, and other features offered through Yume Services. These service providers may have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes. However, if you connect to a third-party service through Yume Services or otherwise links your Yume account with a third-party service, you are requesting and authorizing us to share or grant access to information on your behalf with such third party. We may also send information about the content that you watched or your activities on Yume Services to such third party in order to upgrade your experience on Yume Services.

• We may disclose or share your Personal Information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred. If such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that the entity to which we transfer your Personal Information uses information in a manner that is consistent with this privacy policy.

• We access, preserve and share your Personal Information with regulators, law enforcement or others where we reasonably believe such disclosure is needed to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, (b) enforce applicable terms of use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities, security or technical issues, (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees, or other third parties; or (e) to maintain and protect the security and integrity of Yume Services or infrastructure.

• We may disclose aggregated information about our users. We also may share aggregated information with third parties for conducting general business analysis. This information does not contain any Personal Information and may be used to develop content and services that we hope you and other users will find of interest.

How to delete your account & data?

- You can proceed to https://admin.dream-livestream.com/deleteUserData to proceed to login to request for deletion of your account & data. It will only works if you do have registered or created a user account with us. Please take note that once data is deleted, there is no way to retrieve back your user account.


2. YumeLive violations and penalties

2-1 Class A violations

 

Class A violations refer to activities involving live broadcast content such as violence, gore, pornography, politics, and danger, which seriously endanger public safety and disrupt the order of the YumeLive platform.

 

1. It is strictly forbidden to make remarks that violate the constitution and relevant laws, or do acts that endanger the country, such as:

 

(1) Endanger national security and leak state secrets.

 

(2) Damage to national honor and interests.

 

(3) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity.

 

(4) Spread rumors, disrupt social order and undermine social stability.

 

(5) Spread violence, terrorism, or instigate crime.

 

(6) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, gathering crowds to disrupt social order.


2. It is strictly forbidden to spread obscene content or sex transaction information in any form, including but not limited to:

 

(1) It is strictly prohibited to display or covertly display sensitive parts of the body with sexual characteristics in various ways.

 

(2) It is strictly forbidden to spread any information with sexual behavior, sexual arousal or sexual insult content, such as:

 

a Spread content such as leaks, sneak shots, and dew points that violate the privacy of others.

 

b Spreading content such as sex trafficking, one-night stands, wife swaps, and sexual abuse.

 

c Spread pornographic games, cartoons, and websites.

 

d Spreading sexually provocative or other indecent images, speeches, songs, texts, videos, sounds and other content.

 

3. It is strictly forbidden to display gun control knives and perform high-risk performances. E.g:

 

(1) Perform programs that endanger the personal safety of others. Such as: beating others, threatening others with knives, etc.

 

(2) Perform programs that endanger your own safety. Such as self-harm, suicide.

 

(3) The spread of drugs is strictly prohibited. Such as displaying drug samples, performing and disseminating drug use or injection methods, explaining the drug production process, etc.


(4) It is strictly prohibited to promote gambling information in any way.

 

(5) It is strictly prohibited to promote MLM organizations and induce users to join MLM organizations.

 

(6) It is strictly forbidden to perform other illegal, infringing, or life-threatening performances.

 

4. It is strictly prohibited to disseminate false information about YumeLive or mislead other players by impersonating official personnel or using your own account on the YumeLive platform or other channels, including but not limited to the following situations:

 

(1) Directly impersonate official personnel or use nicknames or tone similar to official personnel to spread any speech.

 

(2) Directly impersonate official personnel or use a nickname or tone similar to official personnel to send a message to any user in a private message or any other form.

 

Once a category A violation is discovered, the company has the right to immediately suspend the account and immediately launch an in-depth investigation of the violation. If similar violations are found again, the account will be permanently suspended; serious violations will be reported to the relevant competent authorities and follow the guidance of relevant competent authorities to take corresponding measures.


2-2 Class B violations

 

Class B violations refer to violations of the following management regulations, in addition to serious violations, that disrupt public order and the order of the YumeLive platform.

 

1. Live content regulations:

 

(1) It is strictly forbidden to open a live broadcast room with obscene or provocative headlines, head shots, live broadcast covers, etc.

 

(2) Live content for the purpose of improperly harassing others is strictly prohibited.

 

(3) It is strictly forbidden to perform sexually suggestive behaviors, such as:

 

a Deliberately focus the lens on the sensitive parts covered by clothing.

 

b Perform actions that can produce sexual fantasies.

 

c Use sex products as performance props.

 

(4) It is strictly forbidden to spread information that infringes on the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, such as content that is not authorized by the legal right holder, copyright-free movies, other video websites, live broadcast platforms, TV station pictures and events, etc.


(5) The publication of false information and fraudulent content is strictly prohibited.

 

(6) It is strictly forbidden to show controlled knives, guns, highly simulated guns, and performances with highly dangerous programs during the live broadcast.

 

(7) It is strictly forbidden to smoke and promote underage smoking and drinking during the live broadcast.

 

2. Live dress and makeup regulations:

 

(1) It is strictly forbidden for men to wear only underwear or tight shorts similar to underwear.

 

(2) It is strictly forbidden for women to deliberately expose sensitive parts such as cleavage and buttocks.

 

(3) It is strictly forbidden to wear erotic underwear, revealing clothing, see-through clothing, flesh-colored tights, underwear, etc.

 

(4) It is strictly forbidden to wear other indecent clothing with revealing clothing and obvious sexual hints.

 

3. Regulations on live broadcast speech:

 

(1) It is strictly prohibited to deliberately imitate various sexually provocative voices.

 

(2) It is strictly prohibited to use offensive, humiliating, or discriminatory language, or to spread the privacy of others.

 

(3) It is strictly prohibited to promote the same type of platforms in Singapore (including but not limited to text, audio, pictures, videos, etc.).

 

(3) It is strictly forbidden to promote platforms of the same type in Singapore (including but not limited to text, audio, pictures, videos, etc.).

 

Once a Class B violation is discovered, the company has the right to take measures such as light punishment (suspending the live broadcast for 1 hour) or heavy punishment (permanent suspension of the account), depending on the severity of the circumstances and social impact; if there is a personal photo or live broadcast If the cover violates the regulations, the offending photo will be deleted and replaced with the system default picture.

 

At the same time, the company will keep the supervision records and report to the relevant authorities.

2-3 Class C violations

 

Class C violations refer to violations that disrupt the order of the YumeLive platform with a relatively minor impact, in addition to serious violations and general violations.

 

1. It is strictly forbidden to wear the uniforms of state agencies and military personnel for live broadcasting, including police uniforms and military uniforms.

 

2. It is strictly forbidden to publish or disseminate harassing, false, transactional content or advertising content without the consent of YumeLive in any form (such as barrage, live room name, announcement, details, etc.).

 

3. It is strictly forbidden to display content information related to the price in the live broadcast title and live broadcast cover.

 

4. It is strictly prohibited to publish or spread rumors in any form.

 

5. It is strictly forbidden to release borrowing, lending, requesting passwords or other property-related information from others.

 

6. It is strictly forbidden to buy false popularity or obtain waves, diamonds, gifts or props through illegal means or unofficial channels.

 

7. It is strictly forbidden to not interact with the audience for a long time or have meaningless live broadcast content recognized by the platform.

 

8. It is strictly forbidden to harass the normal life of surrounding residents during the live broadcast and cause complaints from others.

 

9. It is strictly forbidden that the anchor does not immediately mute or ignore the users who publish illegal or advertising information in the live broadcast.

 

Once category C violations are discovered, the company may take measures such as light punishment (suspending the right to live broadcast for 1 hour), medium punishment (suspending the right to live broadcast for 12 hours) or even heavy punishment (permanent suspension of the account). At the same time, the company will keep the supervision records and report to the relevant authorities.

 

2-4 General live broadcast requirements:

 

1. Ensure that the camera lens of the mobile phone is clear and will not be blurred.

 

2. Check the network to ensure that there will be no network instability during the live broadcast.

 

3. Each anchor is obliged to manage and maintain his fans.

 

4. The host must properly manage the administrators in the live broadcast room, including the permission operation and regulate their words and deeds. If the administrator causes a poor user experience in the live broadcast, they must bear it themselves; the official will not intervene in private disputes between users, but If user behavior has affected the platform's atmosphere and order, it will be handled in accordance with platform specifications.

 

5. Promote the live broadcast room through the host's own advantages and resources.

 

6. The personal photo of the host and the cover of the live broadcast shall not be accompanied by pornographic or obscene information on the QR code.

 

7. The host must be accompanied by a guardian or an adult when performing live broadcasts under the age of 15.

 

8. Based on the anchor’s personal safety considerations, it is strictly forbidden for the anchor to drive (including but not limited to bicycles, motorcycles and other vehicles) and ride in

9. 10. It is forbidden to wear school uniforms or broadcast live broadcasts in school buildings (except platform events).

 

11. The anchor must interact with the audience in front of the camera or perform a thematic performance in front of the camera when it starts and must not leave the camera for more than five minutes (inclusive).

 

2-5 Game live broadcast requirements:

 

1. Use OBS to open and use live game as the theme.

 

2. Check the network to ensure that there will be no network instability during the live broadcast.

 

3. Each anchor is obliged to manage and maintain his fans.

 

4. Promote your own live room through the host's own advantages and resources.

 

5. The host must properly control the administrators in the live broadcast room, including the permission operation and standardize their words and deeds. 7. The host's personal photo stickers and live broadcast covers must not be accompanied by pornographic or obscene information on the QR code.

 

8. The content of the game live broadcast must contain the game screen, and it is strictly forbidden to broadcast live adult 18 prohibited games and casino betting games.

 

9. Harassment, defamation, intimidation, malicious attacks or stalking of others or other users are strictly prohibited, including YumeLive employees and webmasters.

 

10. It is strictly forbidden to distribute plug-in, abnormal game methods and promote counterfeit and genuine games.

 

3. The YumeLive anchor agrees to transfer to the company the property rights of the works directly or indirectly completed by using the YumeLive platform, and the company may exercise the rights to the property rights in accordance with the law.

 

4. The YumeLive anchor fully understands and agrees that YumeLive is only a platform for information sharing, transmission and acquisition provided by the company. The anchor must register for all actions under his account (including any content transmitted and any results resulting from it) Responsible, if the content of the live broadcast involves the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party, the anchor shall ensure that he has obtained legal authorization, consent or permission. In the process of using the YumeLive platform, if the host violates any legal provisions, including but not limited to infringement of the intellectual property rights or other rights and interests of third parties, he shall bear the relevant legal liabilities. If the host violates the law, YumeLive's terms of service, YumeLive's content management and disposal regulations, or other relevant membership regulations, and causes damage to the company, expense or compensation from a third party, the company shall be liable for damages.


5. YumeLive has the right to formulate more detailed regulations on live broadcast management according to the characteristics and characteristics of each channel and implement them after release.

 

6. YumeLive will update this management and disposal regulations at any time in accordance with the development of the platform and in conjunction with relevant laws, regulations, policies and the policies of the competent authority.

 

7. YumeLive reserves the right of final interpretation of "YumeLive Content Management and Disposal Regulations" and the right to add, delete, amend or change.
